Gopi leads Ayuda's revenue growth and client relationship strategy. He owns the full client lifecycle — from initial engagement and solution design through to account expansion and long-term partnership management — ensuring clients consistently realise measurable value from their Ayuda engagements.

Gunjesh is responsible for operational excellence across all client delivery programmes. He leads the service delivery function with a focus on SLA governance, quality management, and continuous improvement — ensuring every engagement is executed with precision, accountability, and scalability.

Birendra oversees Ayuda's physical and operational infrastructure, ensuring our delivery centres maintain world-class standards of uptime, security, and facility management. He leads all administrative operations, compliance with facility standards, and the infrastructure backbone that supports 800+ professionals across our delivery network.

Krishnendu leads Ayuda's technology infrastructure, systems integration, and IT governance. He ensures the platforms, security architecture, and technology operations that power our client delivery remain robust, scalable, and compliant — from cloud infrastructure and endpoint security to client-facing automation and analytics systems.
