RPA Developer — UiPath / Blue Prism

We need an experienced RPA Developer to design, build, and maintain automation bots for our clients' back-office and operations workflows. You will own the full bot lifecycle — from process discovery and design through to deployment and monitoring.

Responsibilities

Conduct process discovery workshops with operations teams to assess automation suitability.
Design, develop, and test RPA bots using UiPath Studio (primary) or Blue Prism.
Build exception handling, retry logic, and human-in-the-loop escalation workflows for all automations.
Integrate bots with client systems: web portals, ERPs, CRMs, databases, and APIs.
Deploy bots to production with full audit trails, logging, and alerting.
Monitor bot performance post-deployment — SLA adherence, error rates, and transaction volumes.
Maintain and enhance existing automations as client systems or processes change.
Document all automations to production standards including PDD (Process Design Document) and SDD (Solution Design Document).

Requirements

2–5 years in RPA development with hands-on UiPath experience in production environments.
UiPath Developer Associate certification (RPA Associate) or equivalent — required.
Proficiency in VB.Net or C# for UiPath scripting.
Experience with Orchestrator deployment, scheduling, and monitoring.
Understanding of process analysis and documentation (PDD, SDD).
Basic SQL knowledge for database interactions.
B.Tech/B.E. or equivalent technical degree.

Nice to Have

Blue Prism or Automation Anywhere experience.
UiPath Advanced Developer certification.
Experience with document intelligence / IDP (e.g., UiPath Document Understanding).
Prior deployment in BFSI or healthcare workflows.
