Outbound Sales Executive — Telesales
We are growing our outbound sales operations team and looking for high-energy, target-driven Sales Executives. You will work on live sales campaigns for leading BFSI, telecom, and e-commerce clients — with uncapped incentive potential.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from client-provided lead databases.
- Pitch and sell financial products (credit cards, personal loans, insurance), telecom plans, or e-commerce subscriptions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets with consistent quality scores.
- Follow approved call scripts while adapting conversations to individual customer needs.
- Update CRM accurately with call dispositions, customer information, and follow-up actions.
- Maintain compliance with TRAI guidelines, client-specific scripts, and quality standards on every call.
- Participate in daily briefings, product training sessions, and performance reviews.
- Escalate customer queries or complaints to the appropriate team promptly.
Requirements
- 1–4 years in outbound telesales or telecalling role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English; regional languages a plus.
- Basic computer skills — CRM navigation, data entry.
- High energy, resilience, and a results-driven mindset.
- 10+2 minimum; Graduate preferred.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience selling BFSI, telecom, or insurance products.
- Familiarity with predictive dialer tools.
- Prior experience with incentive/commission-based sales roles.
