Mid / Senior Engineer

3–6 years experience

Responsibilities

Design and develop ML models for collections propensity scoring, churn prediction, and customer segmentation.
Build and deploy GenAI-powered applications: agent assist tools, dynamic scripting engines, and document intelligence.
Develop and maintain RPA bots using UiPath or Blue Prism for high-volume back-office process automation.
Integrate AI/ML solutions with client CRMs, LMS platforms, and telephony systems via REST APIs.
Collaborate with operations teams to define model inputs, outputs, and feedback mechanisms.
Monitor deployed model performance — accuracy, drift, and business impact — with regular reporting.
Document all solutions to production-grade standards with clear handover for operations teams.
Contribute to internal AI capability building: tooling, frameworks, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

3–6 years in applied ML/AI engineering in production environments.
Strong Python proficiency: scikit-learn, XGBoost, PyTorch or TensorFlow.
Experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini) and prompt engineering.
Familiarity with RPA tools: UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.
REST API development and integration experience.
Solid understanding of model evaluation, monitoring, and MLOps principles.
B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.

Nice to Have

Experience building agent-assist or real-time AI tools for contact centres.
Knowledge of BFSI or BPO domain data.
AWS/GCP/Azure ML platform experience.
Published research or open-source AI contributions.
